Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we're committed to being as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of our services and limited availability, we have to enforce the following cancellation policy:
1. Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date of the service.
2. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled date
If you need to cancel your booking between 7 and 3 days before the scheduled date of the service, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
3. No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date
If you cancel your booking less than 3 days before the scheduled date of the service, no refund will be provided.
4. Guaranteed full refund for force majeure or if we fail to operate the service
In the event that we are unable to provide the service you booked due to reasons of force majeure (e.g. unexpected bad weather conditions) or for any reason within our control, you will receive a full refund. We will also provide a full refund if you apply for it.
